Description:

 

Strong Java Developer with AJAX, Flex, Spring and Hibernate. Any experience with Cloud Computing is a plus.

 

• Excellent analytical and problem solving skills
• Capable of driving decisions specific to meta-data and configuration concepts
• Experience creating a utilities to manage business processes & configuration
• Experience managing process concepts within BPM products desired
• Experience with assembly projects
• Experience with toolsets & technologies (Flex, DOJO, mash up, rest, etc.)
• Experience with frameworks such as Spring, Hibernate or iBatis
• Solid understanding of J2EE 1.6 stack
• Experience implementing e-Commerce, CRM or targeted marketing capabilities desired
• Experience working at software or SaaS companies desired
• Experience with cloud computing (Force.com, Amazon Web Services, Google App Engine, Hybrid Cloud Implementations, etc.) desired
• Experience with Agile development (SCRUM methodology) desired
• Experience leading a team in collaborative development of prototypes for demonstration of concepts
• Bachelors degree in Computer Science or a related discipline strongly preferred, typically ten or more years of solid, diverse work experience in IT with a minimum of five years experience application program development, or the equivalent in education and work experience.
• Capable of negotiating successful delivery with business leads
• Comfortable negotiating and presenting to IT and business executives
• Capable of driving alignment across the technology organization
