Job Description:
Please read the job description thoroughly. All candidates must provide a portfolio that includes visuals from projects that they've worked on along with explanations including what the project was and what their role was. This individual will work closely with the development teams in envisioning and executing the user experience designs. The ideal candidate is a creative as well as analytical thinker. This person should be able to contribute to the creation of imaginative interface designs. Excellent organizational, written and oral communication skills are a must. Ideal candidates will have experience in conducting user research, designing taxonomies, creating site maps, wireframes and prototypes and assisting in usability testing. The candidate will assist the business analysts with the planning and requirements development phases of projects. This may include researching, defining and documenting client business goals; identifying target audiences and establishing their unique characteristics and needs. Participating in and leading client meetings where the User Experience recommendations are being presented, not only in working session settings, but also, as necessary, in business development sessions. Designing the User Experience for a wide variety of client types. Collaborating with software developers, business analysts, project managers, and graphic designers to ensure the successful implementation of the approved designs Use Cases. Planning and conducting usability evaluations and assisting business analysts in developing and documenting usability requirements.
Qualifications:
