[Sweetcron] Moving to Lifepress + Changing Domain

Hi. I want to change the domain my lifestream.
The problem is that when I change the domain in the config.php file,
blog items become items from another site and their links don't work.
1) how do I change domain?
2) how do I set disqus to not lose comments?

Then, I want to upgrade to Lifepress.
As I read I have only to upgrade normally as http://code.google.com/p/sweetcron/wiki/Upgrade
right?
