I am busy preparing for a consulting visit from Elsa as soon as the weather is right. Before she arrives I have to have a test plot of alfalfa harvested and five distinct types of compost assembled. We are going to divide our 55 acre field of alfalfa into three test plots. One plot will be a control and managed by recommendation from local crop specialist. One plot will treated with an AIRway (holes in field surface) after alfalfa harvested and treated with compost extract. One plot will be halved: standing alfalfa sprayed with compost extract and other half NOT treated with Airway and treated with compost extract.
