Parallel uploads of results to S3

Hi,

Currently, lifeguard's AbstractBaseService uploads the service's
MetaFile results to S3 serially.

Here is a small patch to allow parallel uploading of the service's
result MetaFiles to S3, using jets3t's
S3ServiceSimpleMulti.putObject(). The number of threads that jets3t
will use to upload is controlled by jets3t's property
"s3service.max-thread-count", which is by default 4.
