If you are looking into community development, you might want to take
a look at the Metropolitan Ministry Center at Columbia Union College.
Dr. Gaspar Colon heads up that program and I think that is perhaps
closer to what you are looking for.
Of course you can also combine the ideas of the CSPS with this. I
think both models work very well together and compliment each other.
