Rockin' For A Cause: Help Life On Loan fight cancer and other nasties!

Heya, everybody....

In case you haven't heard, we're SUPER EXCITED to play a benefit show at Trophy's on Thursday, May 26th! More details on the show coming in a minute for you locals on the list, but everyone has a chance to give to a great cause. The benefit is going towards the Linda Dunn MLT Memorial Scholarship at Victoria College, which is a scholarship that helps the doctors and researchers of tomorrow to learn the technology they need to fight cancer, alzheimer's, MS, and all sorts of other diseases.

All of us have been touched by something serious these days - most of us either know someone or have lost someone in the fight with cancer, MS, or some other debilitating disease. Each of the bands playing in the show has some very close, personal experiences with friends and family going through serious illness, and so this is near and dear to our hearts. Now we have a chance to contribute to seeing ends to some, if not all, of these diseases in our lifetimes! Whether you can make it to the show or not, I'd really encourage you to do what you can to contribute to the cause.

The show on Thursday, May 26th, is gonna be SLAMMIN'!  We can't tell you how excited we are to finally get a chance to play with CODE NAMED CODE and LANGUAGE ROOM for the first time! The doors open at 6:30, and Life On Loan kicks things off at 7pm, with Code Named Code and Language Room following at 8 and 9, respectively. Come on out for Happy Hour and stick around for some of the best local Austin music you can hear! All proceeds from the door and from merchandise sales go to charity, so come with a generous attitude and a willing heart! You will NOT want to miss this show!!!
