Call for Offers – Remote Sensing Research Services – EP for Birds LIFE Project

Dear all,
We are currently seeking to subcontract a research lab, university or consultancy agency to develop a remote sensing method for identifying hotspots for bird mortality caused by power lines under the EU-funded EP for Birds LIFE project.
The assignment includes the development, testing, validation, and
documentation of innovative methodologies based on remote sensing,
Earth Observation, UAV surveys, GIS, and computer vision
techniques. The overall aim is to improve the identification and
monitoring of bird mortality along electricity infrastructure.
