Dear Exhibitor,

Reference is made to your application and further confirmation for exhibition booth(s) during the Secretariat of the Convention on Biological Diversity’s Interactive Fair for Biodiversity. 

For the registration of staff members/booth operators from your respective organisations you are requested to submit the below required details latest by 13^th September 2012.

Note:

·         Only 2 registrations are permitted per 9 sq. meters.

·         Exhibitor badges are non-transferrable.

·         To operate at the Exhibition Booths, exhibitor badge is mandatory.

·         Registrations for exhibition area will allow access to Exhibitors only to Hall 2 at HITEX (Interactive Fair for Biodiversity). Please refer to the layout map on www.cbdcop11india.in/exhibition.html

·         To access other areas of the conference venue, organisations need to register with CBD Secretariat. Contact secre...@cbd.int for delegate registration.

·         Exhibition will be open to general public from 11 AM to 4 PM only.

·         Vendors for exhibition booth construction need to be registered by the way of submitting Exhibitor Nominated Booth Contractor Form A/B. For the forms kindly visit exhibition webpage.

·         Exhibitor badges can be collected from the Exhibition venue – Hall 2 HITEX on 29/30^th September 2012 or on the day of the booth setup.
