Dear All,

Last weeks satsang where we covered the Vishuddhi Cakra was wonderful. I really saw a noticeable difference from the last week where we covered the same chakra and it seemed to really make a difference for many of you'll the second time around. This is how it gets, with the more number of times you do it, the silence gets deeper and you are more refreshed. Thank you Sujata for having us again : ) Hope your trip to Kenya is wonderful...come back soon!!! We always miss those who aren't around...Dilek and Tom will be with us tomorrow before they set off to the US so at least we'll get to see them. The others, we miss seeing you'll so drop us a line whenever you can! : ) We had two new sincere attendees who will hopefully be with us for the following Satsangs after there travel to India so for now, welcome to Saraswati and Ram. It was very nice meeting both of you'll.

Apart from that , i'm looking forward to seeing you'll tomorrow and wish you'll a wonderful weekend!!
