Dear All,

Since many are travelling, please let me know who would be attending this Saturdays Satsang so as to organize for it accordingly. Either calling me (050) 5785218 or replying to this email will be enough and for those that don't I will automatically assume that you'll will not be joining in. I know many are away on holiday, but for the rest please let me know. It is scheduled for my place in Mirdiff and we have now started on the half hour discourses on the Bhagavad Gita. It is just wonderful. We began watching it last week and I just could not stop. I could have gone on watching it for the rest of the evening, but it is as important if not more so to practically do what our mind understands. We will be covering the Dukha Harana meditation technique for the Muladhara Chakra which is a very powerful technique that cleanses and energizes the chakra at the base of our spine. Hope to see you'll this Saturday!

Just wanted to let you'll all know that Swamiji has planned on the Himalayan trip again this year and if ever any of you'll have ever had the desire to go there, this is the chance. I went last year and it was an indescribable experience. To travel with an Enlightened Master to one of the most Sacred and spiritual places on Earth was a gift unimaginable. I would highly recommend anyone who has even the slightest inclination to go and see this magnificent place and to be in close proximity with a person who will open your eyes to so much. I am speaking from my own personal experience and the only requirement is that you have done the LBP course. The reason being that most of what he will talk about every evening in his discourses on the trip will be with the knowledge that you already are aware of Chakras and other related information dealt with during the LBP course. I know Saraswathy and Ram have already registered to go and I am so happy for them to have this experience! If you'll want to know more about it, please don't hesistate to ask me because i will be more than willing to give you'll more info on it. The trip is scheduled from July 9-24. 16 days in total.

Also, I would love to hear from those of you whom i havent seen in a while. Hope all is well. : )
