WarningSome of these awards have SPOILERS. This page is designed to showcase all the awards after one has completed a game. Looking at the awards before finishing a game may affect your experience.

Some awards require the players to find an Easter Egg, some require finding lots of coins, and some require finding the phone charms in the Bonus Editions. If you get stuck on what to do about those, consult the linked lists.

An Open to Suggestions Award would be yours because you see nothing wrong with asking other people what they think you should do next to solve a case. Two or more brains are better than one, you always say.

Also note that if you want to see the awards for yourself and not on this page, you can go into the program files or the files directly on the CD, go into the video folder, and use a program like Bink to open them to view the awards. They will have "LED_" before their name. The Haunted Carousel and Danger on Deception Island have file extensions unique to the games, so they may not be opened. However, there is a way to cheat so that the award you want can appear at the game's end. First, have a game saved on the "Hey, Sassy Detective!" screen that precedes the award. Then, go into the program files for the game (from "Local Disc C" on the computer) and find the awards in the video files of the game. If not all are there, copy them directly from the CD files. Now, for example, if you win the Aracari award a lot in that saved game and you want the Avid Reader award, you can rename the file "LED_Aracari" to "LED_Aracari2" and the file "LED_AvidReader" to "LED_Aracari." That way, when the game tries to take you to the Aracari award, it will redirect you to the Avid Reader scene. Just make sure to undo all the changes you've made to the video files after you see the awards you want, or else your game could be screwed up and lead to the completely wrong scene, or nowhere at all and crash if it can't find one since you renamed it.

Unlike Sassy Awards or Trophy Awards, it displays all the awards in the end and getting all the awards will unlock more outtakes. It also added a new achievement called "Trivia Tamer" for which you must answer the trivia question correctly.

Sausage Sleuth - Find out the truth behind the sausages to get this award. Take to Helena as soon as possible and figure out where her favorite place in Venice is. Then, go there and get the cat outfit before you have to later. Once you get it, go back to your room and the sausages should be there.

Tessera Twitcher - Repair the mosaic perfectly without a single mistake to get this award. If one is done correctly, you will sometimes hear a loud thump/tap/clap. There isn't always a noise made when you get one correct.

Chemist Sorter - Put the chemicals away with no or few second chances to get this award OR this award may also be gotten just by putting all of the chemicals away without leaving any. Make sure you save frequently and load your game when you make a mistake, and put away all of the chemicals to ensure you get the award.

Gossip Monger - Receive all the texts to get this award. This requires you to talk to people in order for the texts to activate. Exhaust all conversations, and whenever a new text comes, immediately go and talk to people about it.

Late Night Explorer - Sneak around at night a lot to get this award. You must activate the scenes where Paige is about to catch you, but hide successfully, for it to count. About 10 times works. You can hide to the left of the air hockey table. If you get caught, it does not count.

Candy Dispenser - Give each type of candy to everyone. Pa will not accept any candy, but you still have to offer him some. The best way to do this is by buying one piece of each candy and doing each person individually. Nancy won't let you pick what candy to give to each person, so having more than one of a piece of candy runs the risk of Nancy giving out the same candy multiple times to the same person.

Glass Half Full - Choose optimistic responses in conversation to get this award (Glass Half Empty is also available in this award's place - Always preparing for disaster). This mainly applies to requests. So when someone asks you to do a task, either complain about it or enthusiastically agree.

Storm Spotter - Take pictures of all the clouds in the book to get this award. All but the Cirrostratus cloud must be found before Nancy accuses Frosty of selling images. Some clouds have specific requirements. These requirements are listed below each cloud image. The easiest way to get cloud pictures is to save at a location with clouds and repeatedly load until you get a new cloud.

Super Sleuth - Inspect everything to get this award. You must visit unlockable clickable locations and/or doing extra things. Below is a list of different locations/things that may count toward this award.

Q - Ask every character about every other character. You must ask Daryl about Connie and Connie about Daryl BEFORE you ask them both why Connie broke up the dance date with Daryl. Find the note in the kitchen and ask Connie and Daryl about it. When you ask Hal about Daryl, make sure to choose 'Like his father'. Once you ask everyone about everyone, go to each person and accuse them of whatever was said (Connie says Hal studies too much, Hulk says Connie is in debt, Hal says Daryl's dad is bankrupt, Hal said Daryl met with Jake, Hulk saw Jake give an envelope to Daryl). After saying Connie is in debt, set off the soda machine and tell Connie about it. Go back to the soda machine and you should hear Connie yell at Hulk. Read the book about Daryl's dad and print and read the report in the teacher's lounge, then question Daryl about them. After watching the first tape, accuse everyone of what you saw on the tape. Only accuse Daryl once you have exhausted all other conversations with him as he will leave. You do not ever need to talk to Beech or call back Mitch. It's a good idea to routinely go to each character and see if there is anything else that can be said.

Souvenir Searcher - Win all of the prizes at the Pachinko parlor to get this award. Rentaro says that the far right machine has better odds, so use that one. Visit the Shadow at the Water's Edge page for a list of the phone charms from the Pachinko parlor.

Card Collector - Win all of Lukas' cards and help Karl create his own card to get this award. You can save right after grabbing a pack of cards from Lucas before the screen changes, and then load the game to be able to pick more cards.

Fire Specialist - Locate all of the accelerates. Toni has paint in the closet. Alexi has ether in his chest. Brenda has nail polish remover in her makeup case. After getting Nancy out of jail, Brenda has alcohol by her microphone. There is also alcohol in the tunnels.

Legal Lawyer - Talk to Toni about the litigation paperwork as Nancy to get this award. As Nancy, ask her father about Toni, and once Nancy is out of jail, ask her father about the results, then go confront Toni.

Curses! - View all of the "curse" scenes to get this award. They are the busted water tank, the bugs, the mummy and the cobra. The busted water tank is easy to spot, but later on, the tank will have locusts on it. To see the mummy, call John and tell him about finding an empty mummy case. Then, after unlocking the inner tomb, go back and look at the case, and there will be a mummy inside. Just to be safe, call Jon back and tell him about the new mummy. To see the cobra, go into the tent with the beds after opening the cat tomb (may happen a little later, just keep trying). After finding the inner tomb, go back to the antiquities tent to overhear a phone conversation Jamila is having (not confirmed if it is required for this award or not). Make sure to talk to everyone about each curse, including phone characters.

The awards are presented as trophies. They are transparent and gray if they were not obtained, but are solid and in full color if they are obtained. Hovering the cursor over the title of the award, whether they are obtained or not, will give their description.

Starting with Ghost of Thornton Hall, the trophies could be seen while playing the game and unlocked during gameplay, but the descriptions could not be seen until the game was finished or the trophy was obtained. An icon in the in-game menu would take the player to all trophies unlocked in the game, regardless if they had earned any of them in the current save file. An "Awards" section at the top of "Extras" on the Main Menu was also added for the same purpose. Obtaining a trophy in the game would cause the Menu button to quickly light up with a trophy, and the Trophy Tracker icon in the in-game menu would be lit up until clicked on. However, in order to obtain all the outtakes, all the awards would still have to be earned in one save file before completing it.

Gummy Bandit - For pilfering gelatinous ursines. To get this award, go to Niko's office when you're supposed to get Victor's candy for Ryan, but don't ask for the candy. Go back up to her workshop and she will be gone. Then just take the gummies without giving her the candy.

Pretty Kitty - Rebuilding the robotic feline. Put the cat back together to get this award. The pieces are on Ryan's desk when she's gone, on the table in the lounge, on the counter in the photo lab, behind the trash can in Gray's office, under Mason's desk, to the left of the high voltage panel in the lab, and near Nancy's alarm clock.

Historian - You're hip to all Thornton family secrets! Go through all conversations about the Thornton family to learn everything you can about them to get this award. Exhausting all conversations is the best way to get this award.

Eerie Epitaphs - You're quite a grave individual. Look at all of the gravestones and hear Wade's comments about them, including Nancy's (this can only be done if he is still there) to get this award.

Since Midnight in Salem, the awards have been updated to be simply known as "Achievements". The player only earns an Achievement once ever playing the game and cannot re-earn it when starting from a new save file.
