Businessneeds to work in conjunction with government because, as the pandemic has illustrated all too clearly, when it comes to a global crisis, they depend on governments with their powers of monetary creation and taxation to bail them out.
Otherwise, maybe what you see is the last stored orientation and you could change this by saving it in CreoView again - this time using the desired orientation? I don't know, whether this is the fact, but could be worth trying.
We have found a way to save PVZ file out of creo parametric that had simplfied reps...these simplified reps are available and selectable from the PVZ file when opened in Illustrate. In Creo View, you see these reps in the viewable tab. In Creo Illustrate, they can be found in the "New Figure" dropdown menu within the Figure Tab.
We have not found a way to access the annotation sets(which is what you are showing in your image) saved in the Creo View session from the Creo Illustrate software. It just seems logical that a user will want to create an annotation in Creo View which is then saved into Windchill....then open the file in Creo Illustrate and start with the annotation. So I hope there is a solution for this use case.
Importing an assembly directly from Creo Parametric into Creo Illustrate will not preserve the option to select different simplified representations. The only way to get a specific simplified rep from an assembly into Illustrate is to export it as a PVZ -- either export a single simplified rep, or export the entire master-rep while using a recipe file. Is this correct? I'm asking because recently Creo Parametric has crashed each time I try to export a PVZ from a specific representation of a highly detailed multiple-rep assembly. It would be nice to just select the rep after importing the assembly-file (not PVZ) directly into Illustrate.
I have the exact same problem with Illustrate 7.0, I can't see simp reps in illustrate, although they are visible in view. I checked illustrate's proepview.pvr and there is simplifiedReps=1... Am I missing something, any ideas?
To get the PVZ file to have simplified reps it has to either be published from the Windchill Creo Parametric worker or the Client Side Creo Parametric session. In both cases, you need to recipe setting tied to the Creo Parametric session to include simplified reps.

Background and purpose: The model of Bobath clinical practice provides a framework identifying the unique aspects of the Bobath concept in terms of contemporary neurological rehabilitation. The utilisation of a framework to illustrate the clinical application of the Bobath concept provides the basis for a common understanding with respect to Bobath clinical practice, education, and research. The development process culminating in the model of Bobath clinical practice is described. Case description: The use of the model in clinical practice is illustrated using two cases: a client with a chronic incomplete spinal cord injury and a client with a stroke. Discussion: This article describes the clinical application of the Bobath concept in terms of the integration of posture and movement with respect to the quality of task performance, applying the Model of Bobath Clinical Practice. Facilitation, a key aspect of Bobath clinical practice, was utilised to positively affect motor control and perception in two clients with impairment-related movement problems due to neurological pathology and associated activity limitations and participation restrictions - the outcome measures used to reflect the individual clinical presentation. Like many other staff members at the Library of Congress, I have been working a hybrid schedule this last year, with some days onsite, but many spent working from home trying to devise interesting ways to feature the fantastic material of VHP. One such application used by the Library is Story Maps, and I felt with this hybrid work schedule it was an opportune time to highlight visually stunning, digitized collections at VHP using this immersive web tool.
Mail has been a bit of a theme in my life over the last two years. I receive far more personal mail from friends and family than I can attest to pre-March 2020. Correspondence between veterans and loved ones is always of interest and importance at VHP, and we have plenty of moving correspondence collections amongst our holdings. But what would it be like for the envelope to be just as important an artifact as the letter inside? That can be found in the correspondence collections of Robert K. Bindig, Normand H. Carleton, and Samuel L. Boylston. Each of the veterans served during World War II, and their individual artistry illustrates the prevalence of the comic book art style during this time period.
Hello from Canada. Wow, just found this. A few months back I was at a local literary event at a public library. An author of a book called The MailArtStories Project, Mail Art in the Time of COVID 19. You can view the book on Amazon. It has exactly what you showed but mailart sent recently. Two authors one from Canada and one from US teamed up in COVID and got people to send them mailart on envelopes, post cards etc from all over the world and then published this book. They made the request for mailart on social medica and got letters from everywhere. All the mail art is to be on display this month in a city close by. I loved the concept. I have already sent 2 mailart letters, with drawings on the outside. I got my granddaughter to make a clay person in bed and took a picture of it and used it! So it does not have to be just a WWII example. These two authors mailmen said they had the most interesting mail he had ever seen. I am thinking of doing the same when I write to a politician asking for change to make sure they even open the envelope. It is so much fun. Marie

Enterprise Risk Management (ERM) is a forward-looking management approach that allows agencies to assess threats and opportunities that could affect the achievement of its goals. While there are a number of different frameworks for ERM, the figure below lists essential elements for an agency to carry out ERM effectively. GAO reviewed its risk management framework and incorporated changes to better address recent and emerging federal experience with ERM and identify the essential elements of ERM as shown below.
Implementing ERM requires the full engagement and commitment of senior leaders, supports the role of leadership in the agency goal setting process, and demonstrates to agency staff the importance of ERM.
Conducting the ERM review cycle on a regular basis and monitoring the selected risk response with performance indicators allows the agency to track results and impact on the mission, and whether the risk response is successful or requires additional actions.
Sharing risk information and incorporating feedback from internal and external stakeholders can help organizations identify and better manage risks, as well as increase transparency and accountability to Congress and taxpayers.
Federal leaders are responsible for managing complex and risky missions. ERM is a way to assist agencies with managing risk across the organization. In July 2016, the Office of Management and Budget (OMB) issued an updated circular requiring federal agencies to implement ERM to ensure federal managers are effectively managing risks that could affect the achievement of agency strategic objectives.
GAO's objectives were to (1) update its risk management framework to more fully include evolving requirements and essential elements for federal enterprise risk management, and (2) identify good practices that selected agencies have taken that illustrate those essential elements.
GAO also interviewed officials representing the 24 Chief Financial Officer (CFO) Act agencies about ERM activities and reviewed documentation where available to corroborate officials' statements. GAO studied agencies' practices using ERM and selected examples that best illustrated the essential elements and good practices of ERM.
GAO provided a draft of this report to OMB and the 24 CFO Act agencies for review and comment. OMB generally agreed with the report. Of the CFO act agencies, 12 provided technical comments, which GAO included as appropriate; the others did not provide any comments.
