By default, Dragon uses the NATO alphabet for license plate or Vehicle Identification Number (VIN) dictation. Optionally, your site can use a different phonetic alphabet by editing the icao.ini file. This file is installed on each Dragon client during the Dragon Law Enforcement installation. You can use only one phonetic alphabet per site for license plate and VIN dictation.
Generally, your Dragon administrator should customize your icao.ini file and then upload it to the NMC console. The next time you log in to the Dragon client, or when you log out and log back in, Dragon downloads the updated file. Dragon does this for all users. This ensures that all Dragon users at your site use the same phonetic alphabet.
The version on steam is the the north american version of dragon nest. So you'll be able to play and party with anyone who plays dragon nest NA but not anyone that plays the european, sea, chinese, korean, etc versons of dragon nest.
also, as shown in the videos and image i posted on the dragon nest steam page (sorry, not meaning to advertise. just giving a reference point) the north american/steam version is at least 6 months behind some of the other versions as far as content is concerned.
It's an ok game. Had trouble with the registration on Steam, and played the client version for about 2 weeks. A lot of fetch quests but it has a nice assortment of flashy skills when fighting in a dungeon. The game is very easy, always play the game at master from the very start or else it gets so boring. The later dungeons in abyss are more cheap than hard. They will swarm and constantly knock you up if you're playing solo. I'm playing as a Cleric/Paladin.
Only a couple of weeks ago I was called by a Dutch client whom I trained over a year ago. This client is heavily dependent on the speech software, as he hardly has any hand function left after an accident.
This client gave his two laptops to the IT department for upgrading the Windows version. He never thought about his laptops being special because of Dragon. The IT department also never thought about anything being special about these laptops and they erased the hard disk. They installed Windows 10 and returned the laptops to my client. He was horrified to find that his Dragon had disappeared.
