The Isabel T. Kelly Ethnographic Archive digital collection consists of a small sampling of the approximately 100,000 5 x 8-inch field note sheets/cards, 39 field note journals, 300 charts, tables and data computations, 500 file folders (original data and synthesis of data), 3,000 photographic prints and slides, 200 negatives, 550 maps, 300 publications, copies and reprints of secondary materials, ca. 1926-1980.

As the Collection Development Program Lead Librarian, Kelly is responsible for overseeing the strategic development, management, assessment, and communication of collections with students, faculty, and staff on Auraria Campus. Kelly manages and leads the the five-person unit; develops and supports new initiatives; promotes resources, services, and knowledge both internally, and externally; and works directly with users to learn about their collections needs. Kelly reviews and selects materials for the Business, Criminal Justice, Education, Library Science, Psychology, Public Administration, and Social Work collections.
