Music in the Park Update!

Hi everyone,

You may have seen the forecast for today and tomorrow - lots of rain ahead! It looks like it should let up by tomorrow afternoon, but the concern for Music in the Park is how wet and muddy the ground might be, since we don't use a stage setup generally, and the sound equipment isn't elevated.

We are going to take a look at the area tomorrow morning and will make a call by noon about whether to go ahead with the event, but as of now we are still on! Regardless of whether the music happens, the food truck will still be there, so you can still plan on a tasty dinner if you'd like!

So sad to have to do this but we are going to cancel the event today - can't control the weather! With the heavy rain overnight and this morning, it's not likely to be comfortable for attendees or safe for the music to go forward.

On the plus side, Nacho Rio will still be there, so please come grab dinner and see your neighbors! Their food truck will be in the driveway at 9540 Densmore from 4:30 onward. Hope to see you there!
