Hi neighbors,
There are two wonderful events coming up next week - we hope you can make it to one or both! Additionally, Councilmember Cathy Moore is looking for input on budget priorities; see more below.
Thursday, October 31 - 4:30pm-6pm: Licton Springs Halloween Walk at Licton Springs Park. LSCC is thrilled to again host the Halloween Park Walk! Families can walk around the "forest" and collect candy from volunteers! This event is a great addition or alternative to traditional trick-or-treating. We will also have warm cider and music near the playground. This event is generously sponsored by Mac's Flooring, Pilgrim Coffeehouse, Salt Blade, and neighbors just like you. Flyer attached!
Friday, November 1 - 5:00pm-9:00pm: Dia de los Muertos Celebration at Evergreen Washelli Tribute Center. This is the second annual Dia de los Muertos celebration hosted by Evergreen Washelli and looks to be another wonderful event with music, dancing, food, and kid-friendly activities - bring the whole family! Flyer attached.
