Looking forward to seeing you on Saturday for our Annual SNG Volunteer Picnic!

Saturday, July 13, 3:00 - 5:30 pm at Seward Park. Details below.

We're still looking for a few more volunteers to help with setup (particularly if you have a cargo bike!) and event roles, as well as folks interested in leading group bike rides from their neighborhoods or from the light rail station (we'll have a Lime discount code available!)

Swing through for this awesome free T shirt!

Be well,

Join Seattle Neighborhood Greenways to celebrate our grassroots community power!

Drop in to grab a free T shirt, catch up with old friends and neighbors or meet and chat with new folks. We'll provide some food for the grill, bring potluck snacks or sides to contribute if you can.

All are welcome — you don't have to had volunteered with us before to come celebrate!

Available to help out? Email Cl...@SeattleGreenways.org to pitch in with setup, takedown, and other event help. Our amazing community makes these events possible!

GETTING THERE:

Seward Park is located at 5900 Lake Washington Blvd. S, Seattle, WA 98118. We will be on the south side of the park at Picnic Shelter 1, behind the playground. The area is wheelchair accessible.

  • BY BIKE: The Lake Washington Boulevard open street that weekend will make a delightful ride from points north. Check here for more info on group bike rides to the event (or email Cl...@SeattleGreenways.org to lead one yourself!)
  • BY TRANSIT: The park is a short (very steep) walk from the 50 bus. Check here for more info on a group bike ride from the light rail.
  • BY CAR: The park has free car parking. Note that Lake Washington Boulevard will be closed to vehicle traffic that weekend, and access the park from Seward Park Ave S.

Looking forward to seeing you there!
