New Development Version of LICSS (3.1) Available

I have created a new version of LICSS: Version 3.1 which has a new modelling capability using SVM-Light/libsvm support vector machine packages (thanks to SVM-Light author, Thorsten Joachims for allowing me to include his excellent software). Other features include the much-requested ability to display 'dot-disconnect' Smiles structures - the largest fragment being displayed automatically. To help users with no write access to their C: drive, the installer now prompts for an installation drive and operates everything from there. Feedback welcome! - Kevin
