Hello,
Thanks for the project, I have installed the files,
and java 32+64
After running the excel file and Ctrl+E got the message structure enabling successful!
a new tab was created, but not an interactive tab.
BUT when I did CTRL+Shift+M I got the message "run-time error '53': file not found: cdkInterfaceDll.dll
I have tried to install all versions with similar results.
Thanks again

Ok... So... I've been able to get this to work on my office computer, but not on my Surface. In fact, each time I reinstall LICSS, it fails to install the file InstallLICSSV3.3.xls . If I copy the file onto my Surface, I get the Structure Enabling Successful! message... But then (again only on my Surface), attempting to Ctrl-Shft-M yields the same DLL issue as before. Maybe this is a Surface specific issue, or perhaps it is an office 365 issue. If someone can let me know, that would be great. Again, working fine on a Office Professional install on a Dell desktop.

Dear All

I'm sorry you are having problems with LICSS. I am not actually supporting the programme any more as I retired from Syngenta 7 years ago and no longer have access to the software I would need. However, most of the missing dll errors are caused by security changes Microsoft have made in Office 365 (to effectively ban 3rd party add-ons calling dll's without Microsoft accreditation). I did manage to solve this issue previously - here's an extract from what I then wrote:

" OK. If you now copy the 6 jar files in C:\Services\LICSS-3.3 into C:\Windows (ie one level up from the SysWOW64 folder) I think it will all work for you (again you will need admin permission to do this). This is very far from ideal as one would wish to keep all the LICSS files away from the system files. But Office 365 has new security features which appear to stop external programs like this being called with any of the standard methods (put the program directory in the user path, make the program directory the current directory, etc). If anyone in the user group has come up with a better solution I would be glad to hear of it. "

I hope this is successful for you.
Best wishes
Kevin
