Licq 1.5.0-rc2

The second release candidate for Licq 1.5.0 is ready for download

The following has changed since rc1:
- Jabber protocol now sends keepalives
- German translation has been updated
- Rename "Qt4 GUI" to "KDE4 GUI" when building with kde support enabled
- Unit tests are now disabled by default
- Fixed some problems with loading and unloading kde4-gui
