Licq 1.5.0-rc1

The first release candidate for Licq 1.5.0 is ready for download.

The big news are support for Jabber protocol and a new OSD plugin.
Licq 1.5.0 also has major changes to the plugin API and marks the end
for old Qt3 based Qt-Gui in favour of Qt4-Gui.
