Hi and thanks for reporting the crash.
This is not something I've seen before and I'm going to need more
information to solve it...
Does this happen every time, sometimes or just once?
Has it worked before with Licq 1.5.1 or with an older version of Licq?
(in the later case, which version(s))
Did you build Licq yourself or did you get it pre-compiled?
If it's reproducible, could you please build with debugging enabled and
attach licq.backtrace.gdb. (Enable debugging by adding
-DCMAKE_BUILD_TYPE=Debug to cmake command before building)
/Anders
Ok, this is good. There wasn't too much changes between 1.5.0 and 1.5.1
so it should limit the possible causes significantly.

IPv6 is not required in any way for Licq to work and it isn't used for
ICQ protocol anyway so you will be fine without it.

Hopefully I figured out the cmake warning and it should now be fixed for
future releases.

Alright, I'll be waiting for the backtrace, it should make the
troubleshooting much easier.

This commit https://github.com/licq-im/licq/commit/d50af3e654976d7206d18468fcfecd9a180ff24b
potentially fixes the crash. Can you apply the patch locally or try
the latest git? I can supply further instructions on how to do it if
needed.
Thanks,
