What I did:

I deleted a Jabber account in the account manager, without going offline
first.

What I expected:

I expected the peers to go offline after deletion. Also, I expected for
the Jabber plugin to correctly go online again, after adding a different
XMPP account a short time later.

What I got instead:

After deletion, the peers in the contact list stayed online.
When I tried adding another completely different account, and tried
switching to online state, NOTHING happened.

This is probably also the case with ICQ and MSN, though I tested it only
with XMPP.

Changes (by flynd):

* status: new => closed
* resolution: => fixed
* milestone: => 1.5.1

Comment:

Added check in r54628ed (master) and r13ad081 (1.5-stable) to not allow
deleting an owner that isn't offline. This should avoid the problem.
