Some time users change UIN. It would be convenient to retain the old log
with a new UIN.

Hmm... I don't see how Licq could know that a new UIN is tha same user as
an old one.

The manual solution is easy though. Just rename the old history file to
the new UIN.

I was referring in the manual mode.

I do so, but it's not very convenient. It would be nice to have the
"Import history" button in "History" window.
