Hello,

With a bunch of bugs fixed and a handful of new features added, it's
time for a new release. I'm pleased to announce the first release
candidate. If everything goes according to plan, the final release
should happen at the end of October. As always, if you find any bugs,
please create a new ticket at http://trac.licq.org.
