Travis integration

Hi,

Just wanted to let you all know that I've added a Travis configuration file to the licq repository and enabled it on Travis. Travis is a continuous integration system, so from now on, all commits on master will be built by travis and failure will be reported to the committer (assuming that person has registered on travis-ci.org). See http://docs.travis-ci.com/user/notifications/#Email-notifications
