The meeting log is attached to this e-mail. The following items were discuessed:

* Creating documents of how to implement the different parts
* Assigning people to certain documents
* What parts of Licq 2.0 are needed still
* 1.3.5 Release (before summer?)

We will have the meeting next week, Feb. 11th (Sunday) at 13:00GMT.
Same time, same place. Anyone interested in Licq development may come.
