Update DNS for licq.org

As described on https://github.com/blog/1715-faster-more-awesome-github-pages we need to update the DNS for licq.org. How can do this? Jon?

Sure, it looks like I need to update the apex domain to use an ALIAS
to licq-im.github.io... correct?

If possible. Otherwise updating the A record would do as well.
