After getting some bugs fixed out of RC1, it is time for RC2. If you
are still experiencing users going offline, you will need to send
those users an authentication request and receive authentication to
add them to your list. It's an issue with the protocol, so we cannot
really fix it. In the future we will change the behaviour of
unathorized users a bit to make it better. But for now, just ask for
authentication. Here are the download links:
