Decommission functionality

Is there a way to decommission a license without going through the website? I was unable to find documentation about this but was able to capture the HTTP headers during this request on the website. When I tried to reproduce them I got a 200/OK response but with a blank body. Would you be able to shed some light on what would be required to do this outside of the website UI?
