License Verification works in Wifi but not in 3G

I am using Google Nexus One. Same application.

Look at the log difference:

For WIFI:

Hi Michael,

We are monitoring our logs for requests coming from you. Here is an example,

[LMX] INFO [2012/09/24 15:07:32] | License Fetching - Device ID: 354957034999543, Product Def KEY: PDQSHBRIJLWJOAENMJEBNFTCR, Lic Key:

Note how the system did not return you a license key back. The reason for this is there is no license key acquired for the specified Device ID of 354957034999543

If you acquire a license key for this device, then we are sure the fetch with the above parameters would return the license key acquired.
