there are two links:

1. Get it -> Download
and:
2. Help to make it better -> Buy

if I download it by selecting first selection do I have to pay for it after 30 days or that version is completly and forever free of any charges ?

Hi MilanV,

You can use it only for evaluation purposes for 30 days. Afterwards you have to buy a license to keep on using it (note that it won't really stop working after the evaluation period ends -- mostly because I assume that people will use good faith when using the software -- but under the license you're not allowed to keep on using afterwards).

You can see the complete license terms at: http://www.liclipse.com/license.html (and it's valid for any version you download).
