I wrote a simple web-based interpreter this afternoon using Twisted Web. You basically submit a block of Python code through a form, and the client comes and grabs it and executes it. I want to be able to make a simple popup message, without having to rewrite a whole bunch of boilerplate wxPython or Tkinter code every time (since the code gets submitted through a form and then disappears).
but this opens another window in the background with the Tkinter icon. I don't want this. I was looking for some simple wxPython code, but it always required setting up a class and entering an application loop, etc. Isn't there a simple, catch-free way of making a message box in Python?
I had to add a message box to my existing program. Most of the answers are overly complicated in this instance. For Linux on Ubuntu 16.04 (Python 2.7.12) with future proofing for Ubuntu 20.04 here is my code:

Two-step verification (sometimes referred to as two-factor authentication) is an additional layer of security to protect your account. The first factor is your password. The second factor typically is a code sent to your mobile device via SMS or a voice call, or accessed from a security application. Enter this code after typing in your username and password. This further verifies your identity before the system grants you access to your data.
You or your account administrator can enable two-step verification. After you've done this, then after every time you enter your username and password, the system prompts you to enter a passcode. More information on enabling two-step verification.

There is no selection for Code AG on the K1P screen, box 20. Code AG is used to report gross receipts for section 448(c). A partner needs this information to help determine if they are required to file Form 8990 (the gross receipts test). The partner will use this amount when answering the question "Filer has average annual gross receipts less than $__million for the three prior years" on screen 8990 in the 1040 return. There is a vertical line dividing each section of Box 12. The code goes on the left of the vertical line, and the dollar amount goes on the right of the line. For example, if your employee deferred a total of $1200.00 to their 401(k) plan, you would enter D 1200.00 in Box 12.
A message box is a dialog box that is used to quickly display information and optionally allow users to make decisions. Access to the message box is provided by the MessageBox class. A message box is displayed modally. And the code that displays the message box is paused until the user closes the message box either with the close button or a response button.
Trying to set up 2-Step Verification with an authenticator app, but QR code to scan won't load, just stuck on this screen with those three animated vertical blue lines. Also frustrating that I have to post this to a forum and there is not way to just contact a Box support employee.
I was seeing this problem as well - December 2023. Tried 3 diff browsers, incognito mode - all behaving the same, QR code never comes up, no way to proceed with an authenticator app option. Tried SMS - said phone wrong format, then email, said wrong format without asking anything. Something was broken. Tried again after a short while and it worked - I was able to do SMS, then able to do an authenticator app. Sounds like a bug somewhere...

However, for R/3 era dinosaurs like me moving away from age-old SAP GUI (thick client) was a big change. Especially since there was no way to access tcodes (transactions) that I memorized over the years.

Thank you, but is this the only way to specify the dimensions? I am not very familiar on coding for ImageJ or installing plugins let alone having to write a new code for a square function plugin. Do you have any more suggestions or instructions?

Hi, can you run this as .exe or make a like a program so you can click open and use it. I am talking about saving msgbox like a program that you can run on PC. Without using visual studio to run the code. Thank you for your help!
When embedding your Box folder in a Canvas course page, that specific folder will be shared with the users who are enrolled in your course. In Box, after you copy the embed code, your folder has certain permissions that allow those users to download the content from that folder.
We recommend that you insert the Box embed widget code that you copied previously for you Box folder into a Canvas page. You could insert the embed code for your Box folder anywhere in Canvas where you see the Rich Content Editor, but having a page dedicated to your embed folder is typically the best method.
I am using SGPLOT to create Box Plot graph of age by gender. However, I do need to show the graph for overall age followed by each gender in one graph. Is this possible and if yes, how do I modify the code to create such graph.

Your question does not show any xaxistable code so we can't tell what you may be attempting. If you did a summary step to create additional variables such as mean and IQR, then you need to take another step to do that. Proc summary will create multiple levels of summaries such as;
