Greetings everyone, this summer, our chapter is once again offering this training in a two day, 9 hour course taught by local botanist and naturalist skills instructor Jazmen Yoder! The course is designed for novices, and is intended to give a foundation that enables students to continue independently building their identification skills after course completion. The course will be taught mostly or entirely outdoors.

 

• Date and time: Sunday July 6 and Sunday July 13 1:00-5:30pm
• Location: Bellingham, specific location to be determined
• Fee: For WNPS members only: $95, or you may choose a $45 “budget” option. Note that $95 is roughly half the price of similar courses offered by local colleges! For WNPS non-members, to learn about membership, please visit our statewide website.
