PARAM_BASE64 and the license::license(fname, project_folder,true)

PARAM_BASE64 and the license::license(fname, project_folder,true) are not generating any encoded license. If you search through the code, the m_base64 does not have any effect. Any info?

You can always encrypt the whole licensing text, but a working built-in will help!
