Add more control on licensecc_properties from CMake

Could it be possible to have more CMake variable to customize the licensecc_properties file from CMake command line?

Having to modify by hand after the compilation/installation make it hard to automatically integrate this to automation workflow.

Hi Arnaud,

it's a very good idea, but it's not priority... I first need to survive to this week's bugs.

If you submit a pull request i'll be glad to merge it. Every cmake parameter should also be documented and too many parameters are confusing, so try to keep them to a minimum. Or i'll make a separate table in build windows and build Linux docs
