Troubleshooting Gradle for Kotlin Spring + Hibernate App

The documentation for LicenseFinder says that we need this gradle plugin
to be able to produce a report of our dependencies first (
https://github.com/hierynomus/license-gradle-plugin).

 When we install the plugin and generate the report we get an empty result. 

I able to generate on frontend side where we use angular framework but with Kotline and gradle combination, it always display empty list. 

Any help or idea would be appreciated!
