Kahani mein twist

Friends hi...
Now its almost 3 months we hv completed
In gr8 LIC n all of us are enjoying(?) a lot this experience...
Now i would like to attract attention to all my dear DMKT friends...
As im operating with a low strength of team (7 dse ) in mumbai 3 and
also companied with one branch manager on same profile..now i have
been informmed by RM (as discussed with ED madam )entire team wil be
mapped to BM and I wil be given direct agents team mapped to branches
under the division...now new begining again...
Friends need your opinions ?

Hi Rahul,

Its a good sign. A sort of indication of things to come.

Working with Direct Agents is anytime better than working with DSEs.

DSEs work for experience and ten thousand. Direct Agents know the essence of money and hence motivating them would not be a problem. Make the most of it.
