THE QUESTION RAISED WAS NOT MERELY OF ABSORPTION.OUR DEMANDS ARE ONCE
AGAIN REITERATED.
1.EQUAL PAY AND PERKS FOR EQUAL WORK SINCE OUR JOINING AND RECEIVING
OUR ARREARS.
2.RECOGNITION OF OUR EFFORTS AT THE WORK PLACE.
3.REMOVAL OF THE TERMINATION CLAUSE.
4.RIGHT TO LIVELIHOOD TILL AGE OF SUPERANNUATION.

LICI HAS BEEN VIOLATING THE FOLLOWING FUNDAMENTAL RIGHTS GUARANTEED BY
THE CONSTITUTION OF INDIA:
1.Right to equality that includes equality before law and equality of
opportunity in matters of employment.
2.Right against exploitation which prohibits all forms of forced labour.
3.Right to constitutional remedies which is present for enforcement of
Fundamental Rights.
4.Right to life that gives the right to live with human dignity. This
includes rights to livelihood.

IN AN ORGANISATION THE EMPLOYER DECIDES UPON THE ROLE TO BE PERFORMED
BY AN EMPLOYEE. SME's ARE PERFORMING ROLES ASSIGNED TO THEM. GIVE THEM
ROLES OF AO'S or BM's. ASK LICI MANAGEMENT THAT
ARE THE SME'S NOT CAPABLE OF FUNCTIONING AS AO'S or BM's?

THE FACT IS SME's ARE BM'S ON CONTRACT AS PER THE NOTE EXTRACTED FROM
RTI. WHICH ALSO CLEARLY STATES THE OPTION TO ABSORB THEM MAY BE
CONSIDERED.
