OF INDIA. IT'S BEEN ALMOST A MONTH THAT YOU REFERRED THE MATTER. OUR
SECOND TERM (3 YEARS) OF CONTRACT IS ENDING IN MARCH/APRIL 2016. I
WOULD LIKE OUR ISSUES TO BE PREFERABLY SORTED OUT MUCH BEFORE THEN. IT
IS A MATTER OF LIFE AND DEATH FOR ALL 43 OF US SR MARKETING EXECS.

2. 21/10/2015 HAPPY NAVRATRIS TO YOU. WHILE THE LIC PERMANENT STAFF IS
CELEBRATING, THEIR WAGE REVISION PROPOSAL BEING FORWARDED TO THE
CENTRAL GOVERNMENT, WE 45 ODD SR. MARKETING EXECUTIVES HAVE BEEN LEFT
TO CRY ALONE. IMAGINE PEOPLE WHO ARE EQUALLY EDUCATED AND CAPABLE, IF
NOT MORE, PERFORMING THE TASK OF GENERATING REVENUE, WORKING AT THE
SAME SALARY FOR THE LAST FIVE AND A HALF YEARS. THESE PEOPLE ARE
IMMUNE TO INFLATION AND MAY BE DITCHED AFTER EXPLOITING THEIR YOUTHFUL
VIGOUR FOR 9 YEARS. WE DEMAND EQUAL PAY AS AO'S; AO'S IN THEIR 6TH
YEAR, AND RIGHT TO WORK TILL AGE 60 IF NOT BEING ABSORBED. REGARDS
