[ANN] verison 0.6.0 released

I have pushed out version 0.6.0

Amongst the notable changes:

- bunch of memory fixes and segfault fixes (thanks Thomas Riccardi)

- fix child(x) off by one error (thanks Thomas Riccardi)

- parseXml and parseHTML support reading from buffer (thanks David Wragg)

- xpath expression fixes (thanks David Wragg)

- document.validate for xsd validation (thanks Dan Ordille)

Try it out and report back any errors! As always thanks for the patches!
