Limiting Summon to Full-text in LibX

We are currently using the following script in our LibX plugin.  One of our librarians would like to create a plugin that would search only full-text with a phrase search.

How do I include full-text limits in the above URL?

I'm not sure, but you could try appending it.  The %JOIN... resolve to one query argument, you could add &another=...
