problems adding the LibX plugin for Firefox 28 in Windows 7

We received this question from one of our chief bibliographers:

 

I got a new computer this week with Widows 7 and Firefox 28. I tried loading the LibX plugin for Firefox but have not been able to get it to show up in the right-click menu. I am wondering if there is a conflict with another add-on. I have LibX on my old computer and use it all the time to search the catalog. I may have to start using Chrome as my default browser if I can’t get LibX to work in Firefox.

Have you heard of any problems adding the LibX plugin for Firefox in Windows 7? Any suggestions?
