How do I associate my library's LibX edition to the campus IP?

I recently created a public LibX edition for my library. When I run "Search for an edition for my community" in LibX homepage, my library edition is not showing up even though I am on the same machine where I configured the edition. For some reason, only the law school edition of my university pops up.

The following editions were recommended for you based on your IP address of _____.

How do I associate my library's LibX edition to the campus IP?

The association is automatic, based on IP address (from where you've
edited the edition.) But that may be broken - let me check.

Any update on this? Ours is still not showing up on our campus IP where I created it.
