CMake build for libuv

Hi all,

As part of a project I'm working on I needed a CMake build for libuv in order that completion in CLion worked properly. I'm aware of another version of this here: https://github.com/aseprite/libuv-cmake - my version also covers the tests and benchmarks, underneath an option.

I've put a prominent note in the README to attempt to ensure that any issues come to me rather than the upstream project.

My version is available here: https://github.com/jen20/libuv-cmake

We also use cmake for luvit and luv. https://github.com/luvit/luv/blob/master/deps/uv.cmake
