Tensor-Build system

Hi,

since a lot of potential co-developers for my own project had trouble
getting the tensor library to compile, I have played around a bit with
virtualization software to get a rather simple build system up and
running. I put together a package and a howto under
http://sourceforge.net/p/wavepacket/cpp/wiki/VirtualMachine/

I guess this might be also useful for some of the people on
this list, if not for their own systems, then to easily setup other
users. I therefore thought I'd share the result of this toying.
Actually, the howto does a bit more (I also heavily rely on boost), but
the tensor library is the most important issue.

I have migrated fully to linux now, except for my laptop, which is now Windows. I am thinking on bringing back automated testing, where perhaps this virtual machine building might be interesting, too.
