Tests in the MSVC port

The mps-bundle package, which groups all my libraries, no has been upgraded to work with VS2013 (use the msvc directory, not the vs2013 one, which is not yet there) using the command line tools. The library builds f2c, blas, lapack, cblapack, arpack and tensor, plus one other library of my own (mps). Moreover, it now builds also the tests using "nmake check" from msvc/tensor

Incidentally, the library seems to pass all tests in Windows, except for the SDF files.
