test_fftw fails

I get segmentation faults already on the first test using booleans.

Ok, tested it: I do not get any problems. If you make a clean build, is
this repeatable? If so, what would be the stack trace for the segfault?

I can try on my work machine on Monday as well, but it is hard to fix a
bug that I do not get. :)
