Does libstrophe supports XMPP-RPC as per XMPP specification XEP-0009?

As I got from this perl example http://search.cpan.org/~qmacro/Jabber-RPC-0.01/lib/Jabber/RPC/Server.pm , server can be a component or jabber client. Libstrophe allows to write clients for both cases. The thing is that you need to implement actual XEP-0009 in your client (that means construction of the iq stanzas by using API and handling responses).
